VerveOnes FAQs

VerveOnes+ are both waterproof and sweatproof. VerveOnes are not, though, nor are the battery charging cases that come with both devices. 

VerveLife’s specialized audio codecs wirelessly deliver HD sound by transmitting the entire music bandwidth to the earbuds, perfectly preserving your music’s quality via a Bluetooth® connection.

VerveOnes can hold their charge for over 12 hours(1) – enough for both commutes and everything in between. Just be sure to keep them in their portable charging case when you’re not using them.

The VerveOnes have 33 feet of Bluetooth range.

You can connect your VerveOnes to all kinds of devices, from smartphones to laptops to tablets – if it has Bluetooth capabilities, you can connect your VerveOnes to it.

Yes, just turn on Mono Mode, and you’ll be able to use the left ear bud on its own. Though without both earbuds and their dual integrated mics to provide superior sound, neither you nor your call will sound quite as good.

Volume is controlled by the device your VerveLife product is connected to – adjust the volume using that device.

Yes, the Hubble Connect app for VerveLife unlocks the full potential of your VerveLife device, connecting it to your Hubble Connect Cloud account, making streaming, sharing, and more a breeze. Plus you can use Hubble Connect app to locate your VerveOnes, in case you ever misplace them. Download the latest version for iOS or Android.

Just press and hold the call button on the device any time music is playing: The EQ menu in the Hubble Connect app for VerveLife will automatically open up. You can also access the EQ menu directly through the app.

Yes, just place your earbuds in their portable charging case, open the Hubble Connect app for VerveLife on a connected device, and select video mode. Now you can watch any video on that device and discreetly listen to the audio track on your VerveLife product. Remember to turn video mode off when you’re finished - selecting the video mode in the app helps to minimize Video Sync. issues and will reduce the amount of sound being buffered which may cause increased number of audio drops, so always make sure to return product to Music mode when video is complete.

 

Remember you can only change settings on the headsets from the App when both earbuds are in the case.

Yes, just download the Hubble Connect app for VerveLife and make sure your device is in its case. You’ll be able to control language settings using the app.

Most devices have up to 150 feet of range.

The VerveOnes+, VerveLoop+, VerveRider+ devices are IP57 water and sweatproof to hold strong during your most intense days. The VerveCam+ comes with its own waterproof case.

The VerveOnes/VerveOnes+ come with a portable charging case. The VerveLoop+, VerveRider/VerveRider+ and VerveCam/VerveCam+ can be charged with the included USB.

The VerveRider and VerveRiders+ take about 90 minutes to charge.

The VerveLoop+ has up to 9.5 hours of playtime; while the VerveRider/VerveRider+ have up to 12 hours of playtime. VerveOnes / VerveOnes+ have three hours of playtime on a single charge, but can be recharged via the portable carry case for up to 12 hours use.
